Before considering an applicant we initiate a
Pre-search, our qualifying questionnaire, and a
face-to-face interview, which allows us to find out
more about the candidate.

If it is determined that the candidate is a potential fit we screen further with our alliance partner, targeting their specific needs.

Finally, we offer our clients a selection of qualified candidates that we feel would be an asset to their company. Any candidates we introduce to our clients will be properly screened, professionally attired and prepared for the interview process. They will know our client’s company and will want to be a part of it. If for any reason we don’t get it right the first time we will restructure our search criteria until we achieve success.
